CONFIGURATION
PATENTED TECHNOLOGY
Every component is designed for saltwater, sun, and years of heavy use. No rust. No rot.
01
A single monocoque structure replaces the traditional steel frame and wood deck. No joints to fatigue. No bolts to corrode. Engineered as one continuous composite shell for maximum rigidity and minimum weight.
U.S. Patent #16/944,389
02
Each wheel moves independently over road imperfections, reducing stress on the hull and delivering a smoother tow. Composite arms eliminate metal fatigue and rust.
U.S. Patent #11,865,961 B2
03
Fiberglass, carbon fiber, and Kevlar — combined using techniques perfected over 40 years in the yacht industry. Every component is engineered to withstand saltwater, UV exposure, and chemical contact without degradation.

DETAIL 01
The CFRP unibody frame is one continuous piece — no welds to crack, no joints to rust. Stronger than steel at half the weight, and engineered for decades of saltwater exposure.
DETAIL 02
Composite trailing arms move independently over road imperfections, protecting your hull and keeping every tow smooth. Zero metal fatigue, zero rust, zero compromise.
DETAIL 03
Stainless steel disc brakes, airtight bearing seals, and LED watertight lighting. Every component spec'd for the harshest marine environments.
OWNERSHIP DETAILS
Pangolin reservations are built around clarity: refundable deposit, confirmed production slot, final configuration review, and direct communication before your trailer moves into production.

Refundable reservation
8–12 weeks
Estimated delivery
A Pangolin team member will confirm your build before final production.
01
Production slots are assigned in reservation order. Current estimated lead time is 8–12 weeks from reservation to delivery, depending on model, configuration, and production schedule.
You’ll receive confirmation before your trailer is moved into production.
02
A $2,000 fully refundable reservation holds your production slot. Your reservation is applied toward the final purchase price, with the remaining balance due before delivery or pickup.
No final build is locked until your configuration has been reviewed.
03
Pangolin Marine models include a 10-year structural warranty on the composite frame and major composite components, with separate coverage for electrical, braking, and mechanical systems.
Built around a zero-corrosion composite platform, not a painted steel frame.
04
Yes. Configuration changes can be made before your scheduled production lock date. Once production begins, changes may be limited based on materials, scheduling, and model availability.
Best for customers still finalizing boat fitment or accessory needs.
05
After reserving, Pangolin will confirm your model, vessel fitment, preferred options, delivery expectations, and next steps. You’ll have a final review before the build moves into production.
This keeps your reservation personal, reviewed, and aligned with your final use case.
